Jason Koshnitsky, President & CEO
Jason Koshnitsky, President & CEO

Mr. Koshnitsky brings over 20 years of experience in the field of radiation therapy both in the US and Europe. He has held various senior level managerial roles in American, European and Israeli companies including Guidant, Philips and Orex (sold to Kodak), and founded his own company, Bioropa, during his stay in Europe. Mr. Koshnitsky holds a B.S. in Medical Physics from State University of New York ESC (Albany, NY), and an M.B.A. from SDA Bocconi (Milan, Italy).

Alan Sliski, VP of R&D and CTO

Mr. Sliski has over 20 years of experience in the radiation therapy device industry. His prior experience includes a number of high-tech start-ups in the Boston area developing electron beam lithography and magnetic measuring instruments, as well as working at the physics department at Harvard.  Mr Sliski has a B.S. in physics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, has 24 patents issued, several pending and many publications in various fields.


Michael Dalterio, Experimental Physicist

Mr. Dalterio has over 20 years experience as a physicist in start-up companies in the fields of radiation physics and electron-beam optics. His activities have included dosimetric characterization of radiation therapy devices, and the design, manufacture, and evaluation of radiation detectors. Mr. Dalterio has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Lowell, an M.A. in Physics and Astronomy from Boston University, and has two patents issued.


Ken Harte, Radiation Physicist

Dr. Harte has 38 years experience in electron and photon beam technology.  He has worked and/or consulted for companies including Varian, Perkin-Elmer, Micronic Laser, and Carl Zeiss.  He has experience with electron-optical design for semiconductor lithography and radiation therapy devices, and more than 15 years experience with Monte Carlo methods for simulating radiation therapy sources.  Dr. Harte has a B.S. in physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard.


Paul Sebring,  Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Sebring brings more than 25 years of mechanical design experience to the medical imaging industry. Since 1995, he has been consulting for clients like XRE Corporation, GE Lunar, Stereotaxis Inc, and the University of Texas.  Mr. Sebring brings expertise in CAD-based mechanical design and manufacture of mechanical assemblies.
